Why We Built This Reference
Printed Moses Lake directories survive only in scattered catalog and library holdings. Current ownership is kept by the Grant County Assessor, recorded deeds by the Grant County Auditor, superior-court files by the Grant County Clerk, and municipal records by the Moses Lake City Clerk. Historical work can also require NCW Libraries or Washington State Archives. We bring together official links, office roles, verified date ranges, and access limits so readers can choose the proper source without mistaking an owner record for a household list.
What Is Included
- Different search angles: the street directory, city directory collections, and a one-person resident search
- Named custodians: the assessor, Auditor Recording, elections office, court clerk, health agencies, library, and archives
- Practical methods: reading parcel fields, following a deed chain, checking directory entries, and comparing records across years
- Washington rules: what the Public Records Act opens, which records follow other court or privacy rules, and where requests belong
Limits on Our Role
This is a privately operated reference. It has no affiliation with Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington agencies, any court, or any library. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot confirm whether a named person currently lives in Moses Lake
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot add anyone to, or remove anyone from, any roll or database
- We cannot give legal advice about a record or a dispute
- We cannot guarantee that a link, office detail, fee, or coverage period remains current
Only the office holding a record can verify, certify, or amend it. Information reached here cannot be used for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decisions.
